Orahe sam potrošila, ali imam rogač.<br />(Prodano!)<br />Kolači mi često padaju na um predveče, kad je vrijeme odmoru. Uz muziku, polako u pripremu!<br />Biće da me kuhanje opušta. Biće da to baš volim!:)<br />Obično prhko tijesto, mijesila strojno.<br />2 jaja,<br />1 žumanjce,<br />5 žlica šećera.<br />Dok je zabijelilo, izvagala<br />200 gr oštrog,<br />200 gr glatkog brašna.<br />Po svemu naribala 200 gr maslaca.<br />Prhko tijesto umotala u prozirnu foliju i ostavila u frižider.<br />Za to vrijeme napravila nadjeve.<br />1.<br />200 gr mljevenog rogača,<br />100 gr šećera,<br />žlicu cimeta,<br />pa sve prelila s 1.5 dcl vrelog mlijeka.<br />Kad se ohladio, umiješala sam izmiksani bjelanjak koji je ostao od tijesta.<br />2.<br />200 gr mljevenog maka,<br />100 gr šećera,<br />korica limuna,<br />pa sve prelila s 1.5 dcl vrelog mlijeka.<br />( U zdjeli sam imala jednu jabuku, koju je trebalo potrošiti, pa sam ju naribala u fil. Jabuke i mak se vole.)<br />Dalje je lako.<br />Tijesto razvaljala na 60x30 cm, po malo posipajući oštrim brašnom.<br />Izrezala ga na 3 dijela dimenzija 20x30, kolika je tepsija.<br />Namotam prvi dio tijesta na oklagiju, odmotam na suhu tepsiju. ( Prhko tijesto zovu i masnim tijestom. Uvijek se polaže u suhu tepsiju.)<br />Namažem ga filom. Namotam drugi dio tijesta, odmotam na fil..<br />Ja sam mak namjerno stavila kao gornji fil jer jabuke mogu pustiti svoj sok.<br />Svaki sloj tijesta malo izbodem vilicom.<br />Tokom pečenja, toplina će izlaziti kroz rupice i neće ga podizati i namreškati.<br />Kolač se peče 40 min, na 180 C.<br />(Kolači od prhkog tijesta moraju biti blijedi. Ako porumene, tijesto je prepečeno.<br />Na dodir, kolač je mekan. Čini se, nepečen, ali baš takav mora biti. Ohladjen je prhak.)<br />Vreo pospem štaubom...onako iz cjedila za čaj, lupkajući rukom po rubu.<br />Bude praha po stolu, ali lako za to...<br />Hladan, narežem na kocke!<br />( Uz pripremu kolača, začas zamijesila i jedan kruh. Vrela rerna, mjesta u njoj ima, pa neka se peče o jednom trošku.)<br />Odlučite li se za pripremu, neka Vam je u slast!</span><br />

<br />Legenda kaže da je oblik ove tjestenine inspiriran kosom Lucrezie Borgia, prilikom njenog vjenčanja.<br />Maštoviti kuhar, kreirao ju je kao dar.<br />350 vrsta talijanske tjestenine, samo su modeli iz kojih svi mi, zaljubljenici u kulinarstvo, možemo učiti.<br />Ove sam tagliatelle obogatila koprivom.<span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline; font-family: inherit;"><br />Kratko blanširana, ocijedjena, pa sitno smiksana, postala je dio tijesta.<br />Recept je uvijek u par nijansi.<br />U ovom je:<br />200 gr oštrog brašna,<br />125 glatkog,<br />5 žumanjaka,<br />malo maslinova ulja,<br />200 gr koprive.</span></div>

Umiješeno tijesto sam oblikovala u 2 kugle.<br />Odmarale su u vrećicama za zamrzavanje oko 20 min. na sobnoj temperaturi.<br />Ostalo je klasika.<br />Valjala, posipala oštrim brašnom, pa provlačila kroz mašinu za tijesto.<br />Svaki put sam izduženo tijesto preklapala na 3 dijela i kroz isti razmak valjaka, provlačila 2 puta.<br />Istanjila sam tijesto do podioka br 7.<br />Tanke trake sam posipala oštrim brašnom i slagala jednu na drugu.<br />Pustila sam 15 - tak min da odstoje, pa strojno rezala.<br />Motala tagliatelle pomoću vilice, kao na videu.<br />Ova tjestenina se može zaledjivati. Grah sam namočila u toploj vodi, pa ga nakon par sati dobro oprala. Pustim da zavri, bacim prvu vodu, isperem ga, pa tek onda kuham.<br />U tavi se na luku dinstalo korjenasto povrće. Začinila sam ga solju, paprom i ljutom papričicom.<br />Kad je grah bio na pola skuhan, dodala sam povrće.<br />U drugoj tavi pržila kockice paprike. Pustim da ostane malo hrskava.<br />Sjedinim s grahom.<br />Umiješam konzervirani sjeckani paradajz.<br />Dvije žlice brašna i malo začinske paprike prelijem s malo vode, dobro izmiješam, pa ukuham u skuhani grah.<br />Pustim da još desetak minuta vrijucka.<br />Solo grah, i nije baš solo, kad se obogati dobrim povrćem.<br />S druge strane, zaista mu ne nedostaje nikakvo meso. Baš je taman!<br />( Uz grah ispekla tri štruce kruha s dodatkom palente. Kompletić, kao bombončić!)<br />Odlučite li se za pripremu, u slast Vam bilo!</div>

Zamirisala je, malo zacrvenila ulje.<br />S njom, na kolutove mrkva, malo sve zažutila.<br />( To žutilo iz mrkve, kad se ovako, malo okrene na ulju, posebno mi drago. Oboji i čorbe i juhe i variva.)<br />Po svemu krompir.<br />Posoljeno, popapreno, polako omekšalo i dovelo ovo jelo do kraja.<br />Tu i tamo, provirila pod poklopac, nježno pomaknula drvenom kuhačom...pomirisala fine mirise domaće hrane.<br />Malo vrhnja, koje se razlije i istopi, zgusne saft.<br />Obožavam ovakva jela!<br />Skromna i jednostavna!<br />(Uz sve toplog domaćeg kruha, koji mi baš paše uz ovakva jela, ali o njemu u sljedećem postu.)<br />Meni dosta!<br />Odlučite li se za pripremu, u slast Vam bilo!</span><br />

Ne vidjesmo ni snijega, ove zime.</span><span class="text_exposed_show" style="background-color: white; color: #1c1e21; display: inline; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"><br />Vapi, suha zemlja, pa ova kiša dočekana s veseljem.<br />Ptice svu noć ore u svom pjevu!<br />Nas dvoje, veterani, doručak napravismo skupa.<br />Njegova ideja, PITA LEZA, moja organizacija posla.<br />Miksao robot 3 domaća jaja,<br />2 čaše kukuruznog brašna,<br />1 običnog bijelog,<br />prašak za pecivo,<br />čašu svježeg sira,<br />čašu vrhnja,<br />malo ulja, soli,<br />2 čaše mlijeka.<br />On naribao mlade tikvice, s korom, onako na krupno, kao jabuke.<br />Sve sjedinila!<br />U najvećoj tepsiji iz rerne, ugrijalo se malo ulja na 200 C.<br />Smjesu izlila i poravnala!<br />Zacvrčala je, pa je zbog toga i donja korica ove pite, fina hrskava.<br />Pekla se dok nije lijepo porumenila.<br />Ja sudje isprala i složila u mašinu, on postavio stol za doručak.<br />Pasala uz pitu lezu, dobra satrica!<br />Odlučite li se za pripremu, neka Vam je u slast!<br />I...sretan Vam 1 maj, Praznik rada!</span><br />

Čim je zamirisao, ( lako gori), dodala žlicu brašna i brzo miješala, dolijevajući toplo mlijeko, kako se ne bi brašno zgrudalo.<br />U žitku smjesu dodala koprivu. Posolila.<br />Kuhala 5 minuta i isključila.<br />Odlučite li se za pripremu, neka Vam je u slast!<br />Kopriva na mlijeku, pohvaljena u mojoj kuhinji.</span><br />

Kupovina hrane nakon dužih vremenskih razdoblja. Kolica dupke puna, kako bismo imali svega što duže.<br />
Znam da sam stavljajući gotove kore u njih ( čak 3 paketa,...živote..), pomislila ono...,, neka se nadju,, mada ih zaista vrlo, vrlo rijetko imam u svojoj kuhinji.<br />
To, neka se nadju, začas se i našlo, maskirano u čisto dobru čokoladnu tortu. Kako sam taj dan bila sama, tortica je, namazana šlagom, mogla mirno odstajati 24 sata, a da ju niko ne načne, pa i fino upije i omekša.<br />
Skuhala sam agdu od 2 dcl vode, vanilin šećera i 3 žlice šećera. ( Ovaj vanilin, bio je zadužen da bar malo zamiriše kore, koje su ustvari najobičnije. Ali, dobro, na kraju su s pokazale čisto prihvatljive).<br />
Agda je lagano vrijuckala 5 min i njome sam tokom slagana torte, po malo zalijevala kore.<br />
Za fil sam izmiksala 4 jaja sa 5 žlica šećera, pa ih polako počela ukuhavati na pari. Dodala sam 200 gr izlomljene čokolade za kuhanje i komadić maslaca ( oko 50 gr).<br />
Dok se krema ukuhavala,( oko10 min, uz stalno miješanje), robot je miksao 500 ml slatkog vrhnja. ( Divno je počastiti se finim parfemom, haljinom, cipelama....ali, kuharice znaju i kako je lijepo počastiti se i dobrim malim kućanskim aparatom, koji olakšava rad..)<br />
Pola šlaga sam umiksala kremu. Polovicu ostavila za dekoriranje torte.<br />
Svejedno što je bila vrlo sočna i ukusna, ja sam svima odmah rekla..,, Nije s korama koje sam sama pekla..,,<br />
I to puno znači!<br />

Dakle, nije do namirnica, do vještine je.)</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #1c1e21; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #1c1e21; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">Originalni recept sam prilagodila mojoj Marini, koja voli sve čokoladno, pa je takva </span><span class="text_exposed_show" style="background-color: white; color: #1c1e21; display: inline; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">( čokoladna) i izvorno žuta krema.<br />Priprema počinje pečenjem 2 kore u najvećoj tepsiji iz rerne (42×34).<br />Izmiksati:<br />10 bjelanjaka ,<br />30 dkg šećera,<br />1 vrećica vanilin šećera<br />10 dkg izribanene čokolade<br />15 dkg brašna,<br />5 dkg kakaa,<br />15 dkg mljevenih oraha,<br />1/2 praška za pecivo.<br />Izmiksati bjelanjke, postepeno im dodajući šećer.<br />Isključiti mikser, pa nastaviti miješati pjenjačom.<br />Ispeći od ove smjese 2 kore na okrenutoj strani tepsije, tanko ju razmazujući do samog ruba papira za pečenje.<br />Peći na 180 C, 15 minuta.<br />Prerezati kore na dimenziju 21x34. Ohladiti!<br />Pokriti drugom tepsijom, skupa okrenuti, pa odlijepiti papir.<br />Krema:<br />Izmiksati<br />10 žumanjaka,<br />20 dkg šećera,<br />1 vrećica vanilin šećera,<br />10 dkg brašna,<br />2 dcl mlijeka.<br />Sve ovo ukuhati u 5 dcl mlijeka u koje sam izlomila 20 dkg čokolade.( Ako želite žutu kremu, izbacite ovu čokoladu.)<br />Kuhati na laganom 10 minuta, stalno miješajući.<br />U hladno umiješati 20 dkg izmiksanog maslaca. ( Ponekad maslac sobne temperature samo ubacim u mlaku kremu i sve skupa dobro izmiksam. Krema je jednako dobra.)<br />Mazati sve kore kremom ( i gornju).<br />Kad se kolač ohladi, preliti čokoladnom ocaklinom.<br />Otopiti na pari, 10 dkg čokolade sa 3 žlice ulja.<br />( Ja sam ovaj put dodala malo više čokolade i dobila nešto tvrdju čokoladnu koricu. Tu sam napravila grešku.)<br />( Boem kocke sam slagala i mazala u manjoj tepsiji koja slučajno i odgovara dimenzijama kora. Krema je dosta meka, ali se lijepo stegne hladjenjem.<br />Ohladjen kolač sam rezala skalpelom. Za svaki rez sam sječivo prala, pa zagrijavala na plinskoj vatri.)<br />Veoma sam zadovoljna ovim receptom.<br />Odlučite li se za pripremu, u slast Vam bilo!</span><br />

<span class="fbPhotosPhotoContext" id="fbPhotoSnowliftContext" style="font-family: inherit;"></span><span aria-live="polite" class="fbPhotosPhotoCaption" data-ft="{"tn":"K"}" id="fbPhotoSnowliftCaption" style="display: inline; font-family: inherit; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px; outline: none; width: auto;" tabindex="0">Kad sam prošli put pripremala patku, sama sam gundjala da dugo neće u moju kuhinju.<br />Falilo je mekoće, pečenom mesu.<br />Ipak, ponovo ju kupila.<br />Nema odustajanja, dok ju ne pripremim tako da bude perfektna.<br />Danas je i bila!<span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline; font-family: inherit;"><br />Svi dosadašnji recepti mogu se sakriti iza ovog.<br />Sada nisam željela samo ispeći patku.<br />Htjela sam sočno, mekano meso, u finom saftu.<br />To sam i dobila!<br />PATKA NA MEDITERANSKI NAČIN<br />Patku (ova je imala 2.5 kg) sam izrezala na veće komade. Dobro sam ju posušila, posolila i ostavila u frižider na pola sata.<br />Tad sam meso ubacila u pekač, blago pouljila i komade složila jedan kraj drugog.<br />Pekla sam 1.5 sat, poklopljeno, na 200 C.<br />Za to vrijeme pripremila<br />200 gr crnih maslina,<br />600 gr sjeckanog ( konzerviranog) paradajza,<br />par čena češnjaka,<br />2 lista lovora,<br />malo bosiljka,<br />dl bijelog vina,<br />sol, papar, ljutu papričicu.<br />Meso izvadila na tanjur, masnoću odlila, pa u pekaču izmiješala sve ove dodatke.<br />Pustila da počne vrijuckati u pećnici, te vratila meso u saft.<br />Poklopljeno pekla sada na 180 C još jedan sat.<br />Otklopila i pustila da se fino zapeče, još dodatnih 15 minuta.<br />Za to vrijeme skuhala domaće šufnudle,( mogu njoke, palenta, pire, tjestenina).<br />Meso patke je mekano, vrlo sočno i ukusno!<br />Odlučite li se za pripremu, neka Vam je u slast i u zdravlje!</span></span></div>

Pozdravljam Vas, zaljubljenici u kulinarstvo i lijepu riječ!<br />Uz sve ovo, što sliči noćnoj mori, a stvarno se dešava svima nama, valja pokušati funkcionirati. Korona virus, pošast je našeg doba.<br />Kuhati, a ne pretjerivati u hrani.<br />Ovaj je kuglof bio odgovor na pitanje, ima li nešto slatko? KUGLOF S LIMUNOM<br />Mikser je pjenasto mutio<br />4 domaća jaja,<br />150 gr šećera,<br />dcl ulja,<br />dcl jogurta, ( u nedostatku istog, pomiješala sam malo vrhnja s mlijekom),<br />2 dcl limunova soka,<br />250 gr glatkog brašna s praškom za pecivo,<br />1 vanilin šećer,<br />naribana korica od 2 srednja domaća limuna.<br />Modlu sam blago nauljila, razmazujući masnoću kistom, pa posula glatkim brašnom.<br />Pekla sam kuglof na 180 C, 10 minuta, a onda smanjila na 160 i pekla još 30 minuta.<br />Kad se malo prohladio, iskrenula pečeni kuglof i posula šećerom u prahu.<br />Sočan, mekan i jako mirisan.<br />Odlučite li se za pripremu, neka Vam je u slast!</div>

Prefine namirnice, odlična krema, sočnost, a i zavidna količina. ( Moj stariji sin je došao po tortu, namijenjenu mladjem, za rodjendan. Kad je podigao tacnu, upitno me pogledao. Kakva ogromna, teška torta!) Bila i jest namijenjena za mnogobrojnu rodjendansku ekipu!<br />
....ali, idemo mi u kuhinju.<br />
Priprema počinje pečenjem 250 gr lješnjaka, (što sam ja već imala), pa krupno mljevenje. ( Kupim par kilograma, ispečem, uklonim ljuspice i krupno sameljem. Post sam već objavljivala.)<br />
Voće neka se dobro ocijedi.<br />
To je sadržaj staklenke višanja, ( mogu odledjene), sadržaj veće limenke ananasa, (može i svježi, dapače).<br />
Ananas sam ostavila u krugovima. Može i sjeckani.<br />
Pečem 3 kore.<br />
Svaku miksam posebno. Obavezno iza svakog miksanja operem zdjelu i metlice miksera.<br />
Za jednu je potrebno 5 bjelanjaka i 5 žlica šećera, umutiti u čvrsti snijeg. Dodati 2 žumanjca.,mutiti još malo, pa dodati 6 punih žlica mljevenih oraha, žlicu brašna s 1/3 praška za pecivo.<br />
Peći koru na papiru za pečenje u velikoj tepsiji. Moja je bila veličine 32 x 30 cm.<br />
Temperatura pećnice neka je 200 C, 5 min., a onda 180 C, desetak min. (Ja sam pekla još tih 15min).<br />
Koru sam odmah okretala na drugi papir za pečenje i skidala onaj na kojem se pekla.<br />
Za fil sam izmiksala 9 žumanjaka s 10 žlica šećera. Dodala sam im 2 žlice brašna, 2 žlice gustina ( škrobnog brašna) i 750 ml mlijeka. Polako sam sve skuhala na pari. ( Nemam lonac s duplim dnom, pa složim 2 šerpe, jednu na drugu. Važno je da ova gornja ne dodiruje vodu koja kuha, iz one ispod.) Na laganoj vatri, kremu kuham 10 min. neprestano miješajući.<br />
Ohladim je, opet povremeno miješajući. Ja, ispod šerpe u kojoj jest, podložim onu istu, sad napunjenu hladnom vodom. Tako ubrzam hladjenje.<br />
Usporedo izmiksam 250 gr maslaca, 300 gr šećera u prahu i 4 vanilin šećera.<br />
Sjedinim s filom, miksajući.<br />
Druga krema je od slatkog vrhnja. Njemu ne treba zasladjivanje. Kako sam na sve strane tražila informacije o ovoj torti, svidio mi se savjet da tučeno slatko vrhnje obogatim i mascarponeom. Zato sam na l slatkog vrhnja, dodala i 250 gr ovog finog sira. Sve sam dobro umiksala.<br />
Kako (za sad), nemam tacnu ove veličine, tortu sam slagala na tepsiju u kojoj je pečena.<br />
Prvu koru malo navlažim sokom od ananasa, namažem žutom kremom (1/3) i složim kolutove ananasa (2/3 količine), taman ih stalo 9. Komadiće još 1 koluta, stavila sam izmedju. ( Kolutiće ananasa, dodatno posušim na papirnoj salveti, izmedju dlanova). Po tome namažem bijelu kremu, ( 1/3). Po njoj pospem lješnjake.<br />
Na sve ide druga kora. Lijepo ju poravnam. Kasnije korekcije nisu moguće. Na koru mažem drugu trećinu žute kreme, slažem višnje, dobro ocijedjene, ( sok bi mogao pokvariti posao), zatim bijelu kremu i lješnjak.<br />
Na treću koru, istim redoslijedom, slažem ostatak ananasa, ( na komadiće izrezan ) i višnje. Završim tortu bijelom kremom i lješnjacima.<br />
Na slici je torta prije završnog uredjivanja, tek da se vidi veličina. Mada po izvornom receptu ne ide, ja sam ju u zadnji tren ukrasila zaledjenim bobičastim voćem. Ne volim zagladjene i ravne oblike...Radije neka su rustikalne i uvijek drukčije. Zato je ova bila u nijansama ljubičaste i crvene, od bobica borovnica, aronije, malina i kupina. Kako je bila ponudjena velikom broju ljudi, ta dekoracija je pun pogodak. Ako je torta planirana da stoji, smrznuto voće bi se rastopilo i nije dobra ideja. Naravno, moguća je dekoracija dio po dio, kako se poslužuje.<br />
Presjek nemam, ali ću ju svakako uskoro ponoviti i sliku dodati.<br />
Savršenog je okusa i od srca ju preporučujem.<br />

Biram komade od vrata, koje mesar samelje dva puta.<br />Naribala sam pola glavice luka, na njega mali krompirić, pola manjeg batata, koje čeno češnjaka, malu mrkvicu. Na sve domaće jaje, soli, papra, sitno sjeckanog peršinova lista.<br />Smjesu dobro izmiješala i ostavila sat u frižideru.<br />Oblikovala polepete, uvaljala u prezlu i prepekla na malo ulja, samo da dobiju hrskavu koricu.<br />Tad sam ih složila u posudu za pečenje i pekla još pola sata u pećnici na 180 C.<br />(Uz ovakva jela uvijek planiram neko dodatno, koje će se skupa peći. Imale su mali remenčić oko zgloba. Bijeli lak, bio bi zadnji izbor za moju mamu, ali tata je odmah pristao.</span><br />

Ulila malo vode i usitnila.<br />U zdjelu od miksera dodavala jedno za drugim.<br />Najprije 4 jaja, vanilin šećer i dcl šećera.<br />Čim je smjesa pobijelila, ulila 0.5 dcl ulja i 1 jogurt.<br />Na to 2 dcl heljdinog i 2 dcl rogačevog brašna s 1 žlicom sode bikarbone.<br />Na to 3 žlice kakaa i i žlica cimeta.<br />Pećnica se već ugrijala na 180 C.<br />Biskvitno tijesto izlila na pek papir, u tepsiji dimenzija 25x35, pa stavila na pečenje.<br />Alarm zazvonio za 35 minuta i ja svoj kolač izvadila na hladjenje.<br />Mekan, sočan, umjereno sladak, baš taman za nas 55+ !<br />Odlučite li se za pripremu, u slast Vam bilo!</span><br />

Podvukla oštricu pod kralješnicu i polako ju odvojila sve do repa. Tu ju odrezala.<br />Filetiranu srdelu posolila, malo popaprila i uvaljala u oštro brašno. (Ono je najbolje za pohanje.) Iz brašna u jaje, pa u prezlu.<br />Pečenje traje 40-tak sekundi, sa svake strane.<br />Pečene srdele odlažem na papirnati ručnik, kako bi se masnoća ocijedila.<br />Fine, hrskave, obogaćenog okusa...<br />Nakapane limunovim sokom, uz kuhanu blitvu, odličan obrok<br />Odlučite li se za pripremu, neka Vam je u slast!</span><br />

<br />Dobro veče, zaljubljenici u kulinarstvo!<br />Kolač koji smo pod ovim nazivom imali u našoj dobojskoj kući, na ovim prostorima se različito zove.<span> </span><br />Mali narodi usvojili puno tudjica.<br />Kad god ga pravim, jako mi je važno da to bude kolač koji nije suh.<span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline; font-family: inherit;"><br />Veoma mi je visoko postavljena ljestvica spram kolača. Bolje neka ih nema, ako nisu ,, pravi,,.<br />Rekla bih da je ovo obiteljska slastica, jer je recept za veliku mjeru. Ali...kako može stajati, a garantiram da se neće osušiti, možete ga imati nekoliko dana.<br />Priprema počinje pravljenjem nadjeva. Ja sam koristila lješnjake, ali se, naravno, može mazati filom od oraha, maka, sira...ili jednostavno, pekmezom. Sve varijante su odlične.<br />U 450 ml zagrijanog mlijeka dodala sam 340 gr šećera i miješala dok se nije istopio. Dodala 40 gr maslaca, 4 vanilin šećera, žličicu cimeta, 5 žlica mljevenog keksa i 450 gr mljevenih lješnjaka.<br />Kad se sve sjedinilo, fil odložila na stranu.<br />Tijesto:<br />Izmiksala sam 2 žumanjka i 40 gr šećera. Tome dodala 250 ml toplog mlijeka u kojem sam otopila 80 gr maslaca.<br />Izmiješala sam 500 gr glatkog brašna sa 2 žlice suhog kvasca ( ili 1 svježi ) i 1 praškom za pecivo.<br />Naribala sam i koricu domaćeg limuna.<br />Uključila mikser da dobro poveže mokre i suhe sastojke.<span> </span><br />Ponekad tijesto i fil razvagam na 3 jednaka dijela, ali danas nisam.<br />Kvasalo je oko sat vremena.<br />Razvaljala sam ga na debljinu od oko 2 mm, ( bilo je dimenzija 90 x 40 cm ),pa namazala fil. Uz rub sam tijesto ostavila bez fila.<span> </span><br />Polako srolala i smotala u velikog puža, u okruglu tepsiju, ( br 30 ), obloženu papirom za pečenje.<br />Namazala uljem i pustila da kvasa još pola sata.<br />Germitajg sam pekla na 170 C, 50 minuta.<br />Tako vrelog, pokrila sam papirom za pečenje, pa velikom tepsijom iz rerne.<br />Naglo sam kolač okrenula naopačke. ,, Što bi gori, sad je doli !,,)<br />Tako je stajao oko 5 minuta.<br />Okruglu tepsiju odvojila, obrisala kuhinjskim papirom, maknula papir na kojem se pekao, pa opet tepsiju vratila na kolač.<br />Tad sam ga opet okrenula kako je bio u pećnici.<br />( Ovaj trik pomaže da se gornji sloj tijesta ne odvaja od fila.)<br />Posula sam germitajg štaubom i pokrila krpom. Neka se polako ohladi.<br />U tome je sva mudrost.<br />Kažu da za miješenje germitajga ne treba premijesiti tijesto. Navodno se takvo jače mrvi.<br />Ovaj je sočan i vrlo bogat filom. Tijesto nije suho, nego mekano i vrlo ukusno.<br />Režem šnite tankim reckavim nožem.<br />Ako ga oblikujem u štruce, ( od ove mjere 3) svaku posebno razvaljam i filujem.<span> </span><br />Odlučite li se za pripremu, neka Vam je u slast!</span></div>
